Module 1:
Understanding PeriMenopause & menopause
We’ll lay the foundation for understanding what’s happening in your body. Learn about the key hormones (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone), menstrual cycle changes, and how to begin tracking your symptoms, mood, and energy with clarity.
Module 2:
Mapping the Mood–Hormone Connection
In this module, we’ll map out the powerful connection between hormones and brain chemistry and learn how these shifts can affect mood, memory, and mental clarity.
We’ll explore why these changes are often misunderstood or misdiagnosed and offer tools to help you better understand and support your emotional and cognitive health during this transition.
Module 3:
Stress, Sleep & YOUR Nervous System
Menopause can make stress feel more intense and leave your nervous system feeling off balance. This week, we’ll explore why that happens and teach you simple, body-based tools like calming breathwork, gentle movement, and sleep-supporting practices to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more at ease in your body.
Module 4:
Nutrition, Metabolism, & Body Compassion
Understand the metabolic shifts of menopause and how they impact weight, cravings, and energy. This module offers a compassionate, empowering approach to nutrition to help you move beyond shame or restriction and toward a deeper connection with your body. You’ll learn how to nourish yourself sustainably, support your metabolism, and feel at home in your changing body.
Module 5:
Midlife Identity & Emotional alchemy
This is a tender and transformative week. We’ll explore the archetypes and emotional shifts of midlife, and offer guided practices like expressive writing, mirror work, and optional release rituals to help you process grief, rage, and fear, and reconnect to your evolving identity.
Module 6:
HORMONE testing & BHRT
Bring everything together with a detailed review of hormone testing options, treatment approaches including supplements, herbs, lifestyle, and a deep dive into Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) - what it is, who it’s for, and how to assess if it’s right for you. You’ll leave with a personalized care roadmap and a vision for your support ecosystem.
